Yes, we do not charge our customers shipping costs to most of Europe. For orders over €120, outside Europe you must pay for shipping. View the rates on our “shipping costs” page!

Shipping takes approximately 1 to 3 working days within the Netherlands and Belgium. Please visit our shipping page to see how long it takes to other countries.

Our warehouse is located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We ship all our orders from our Dutch warehouse.

Yes, once your product has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 days of receiving the order confirmation, please send us an email

We deliver your order in collaboration with DHL.

If you are located in Europe, you do not have to pay import duties.
